Artizan Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 Built for the Turklug 2014 contest, this is my first ever technic creation so don't be too harsh on me, I am still in the learning phase. The truck's model is based on Dodge Power wagon, but still there are very distinct features. Both the steering engine and the power engine are old 4.5v engines, so it is not a very powerful for a truck trial. I don't own many technic sets, so I supplied the model from technic parts that came from system sets as well, for example, the grey suspensions came from western sets. Hope you like it and c&c are welcome! http://www.flickr.com/photos/21569129@N04/12251104015/ Quote
Zerobricks Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 It certainly is unique! Great work for you first MOC, keep practising. Quote
Lakop Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 Hi, You've got an old school motor and battery pack there. Good job. Keep at it. H Quote
Johnny P Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 this is a very nice build especially considering the parts you've got at hand. Quote
AndyCW Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 This looks like a great first time build. Hell, your body work looks better than any of mine and I have been doing this for a couple of years. It is a good thing you used the old motors. A lot of that structure wouldn't hold up to the new motors power. v/r Andy Quote
Artizan Posted February 3, 2014 Author Posted February 3, 2014 Cheers, you people have really motivated me to do more technic in the future! Quote
