Chassis differences between 9398 and 41999

first question: are there any important chassis differences between the 9398 and 41999?

second question: if anser to first is yes, can the improvements of the 41999 chassis easily be applied to the 9398 chassis?

Hi there. These sets have equal chassis. 9398 is good for yourself, 41999 is good for speculation :)

Theres not much difference although a couple parts were repositioned to accomodate the new body
