It's good to be an Admiral judging by this house! I like it's sprawling nature and the rock work out the front is well done/not over the top.

I'm hoping there's going to be some moss covered steps leading up from the subterranean boat house up into the house (preferably by some secret passage!)

Awesome work! I'd suggest maybe adding some more vegetation to the green, but either way it's a great MOC.
