Nice ideas and a lot of people have expressed a desire for the first two, so you're in good company.

Fancy dress shop would be fun. There's an alt build of the Disney castle that does this, using the figures as costumes, which I rather like.

Yes, I would definitely want a clinic or pharmacy! Post office would be good as well!!!
