alasdair, maybe this is a truck for transporting tubes on oilfields. this type of truck is not unusual at these sites

It's not the chassis I am on about,I can understand that.What I mean is that the Daf tracks/Ginaf from what I have ever seen make the truck cabs the full width of the front like regular trucks.

Only i think the suspension is to hard and to short for a trial truck

Looks great and has some good offroad capability. Maybe you could add some gear reduction to the steering so you have more control.

Wait, your grandpa bought it and stored it in his house? *oh2* How big was his parking lot? How much did he buy it for!

The truck looks great and performs very well.

Not just the GINAF, also the 5 other mercedeses and a lot of tractors, so yes, it is quite big!

I think it would look a lot better if the cab took up the whole front width of the chassis.

They also were built with a DAF cabin on it, but this is also an orgininal cabin built by GINAF. Edited by turbostefan
