BrickG Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 I'm mostly minifigure. I only keep sets built that I really like, which is few. My display for minifigures is far bigger than otherwise. And honestly I'm completely overwhelmed by the amount of organization required for the normal lego bricks so I don't mess with them that often. My collection isn't even big or anything. Organizing just takes forever! Half my collection is not organized at all and it's hard to bring myself to do it. :P 8/2 pro minifigures (simply because I don't have the time to MOC more than a few times a year sadly). Minifigure only people are still AFOLs... Even if it's 10/0. Quote
Zanki Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 I love the sets and have loads, but the minifigures are so appealing. I hunted out most of mine the other day and counted over 400 of them. I must have at least 100 more or so because I haven't pulled them all out of my sets and there are still quite a few lurking in random places around my house. The figures make up any town or real build. Having the figures makes you as much as a collector then having the huge sets. In other collector fandoms, some people only collect one part of a line instead of it all. No one calls them out on it. It's all the same thing in the end. Quote
