I'd make clones. Lots and lots of clones. Plain white, 501st, 212th. Whenever LEGO releases more clone variants, I'd buy one set and then produce more of my own to save money buying multiples.

Then I'd make a proper Viszla helmet, Bo Katan(assuming we don't see her in the next year(not likely now unfortunately)) and a few dozen Mandos, a few more 9525 Pre Viszlas Mandalorian Speeder and that carrier ship from CW that has the troop holder that drops down and has all the Mandos in it(a la MTT).

Oh, and definitely more straight street baseplates. I hate having all the extra four way intersections... Or I'd make a lot of black tiles of various sizes to make brick built streets. 2x4 dark bley tiles for sidewalks.
