Vader Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 Not sure if this has been posted so forgive me if it has, anyway hit the link to see what Lucas has been up to. http://entertainment1.sympatico.msn.ca/For...detect=&abc=abc Quote
Starwars4J Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 That's really weird, why on earth would Ford have such an aversion to being in a spin off? And besides that, Lucas was thinking about making a spin off?! *wacko* Quote
Scouty Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 Wait...I don't get it. That article is confusing?? Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted January 10, 2007 Governor Posted January 10, 2007 That's really weird, why on earth would Ford have such an aversion to being in a spin off? Harrison Ford had an aversion to reprising the role of Indiana Jones from 1989 till about 1994. Obviously it wasn't indefinite and given his career has taken somewhat of a nosedive in recent years maybe it would be in his best interest to accept projects like this. And besides that, Lucas was thinking about making a spin off?! *wacko* One must question how credible the author of that article is... It could be a load of hot air.... Quote
Scouty Posted January 10, 2007 Posted January 10, 2007 One must question how credible the author of that article is... It could be a load of hot air.... I'm going to take that and say it might be. Is the article saying that the "'Star Wars' spin-off movie" Indy 4? And that Lucals "cleverly sounded him out about playing Hans Solo instead." It sounds like a load of hot air to me. Quote
Hobbes Posted January 10, 2007 Posted January 10, 2007 Wait...I don't get it. That article is confusing?? Is the article saying that the "'Star Wars' spin-off movie" Indy 4? And that Lucals "cleverly sounded him out about playing Hans Solo instead." It sounds like a load of hot air to me. The article says that Ford will play Indy again (at 64 I wonder how believable he can pull it off) but didn't want to play in a SW spin-off. That still doesn't say anything about the credibility of the article itself... Quote
JoeMI6 Posted January 10, 2007 Posted January 10, 2007 Also, I remember distinctly that Lucas said he would not be making anymore Star Wars film, as he had told the story he wanted to. Quote
Scouty Posted January 10, 2007 Posted January 10, 2007 Star Wars TV series?.... I don't think it would be that though. I'm not going to rely a bunch on this article. Hobbes: Thanks for the explanation. Quote
