ekim Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 Hi, I'm Mike, I'm 22 years old from Vancouver, Washington, USA. I was heavily into Lego from the age of 2 on. I can still remember some of my first sets, and I still have random peices from them (No hope of putting them back together though). My favorite all time theme was, and still is Pirate, followed by castle. (I'm actually trying to dig up all the peices from my Black Knights Castle out of my bins to rebuild it). I stopped buying Lego sets about 1997, and outside of getting the odd set here or there every so often over the years, I didnt follow follow Lego at all. Until I met my fiance. When my fiance was moving her stuff in, she brough over her Lego's. She has just as many sets as I used to, but she kept hers in pristine condistion without losing peices, somthing that I'm extremly guilty of. Rebuilding sets that I used to own once upon a time has competely sucked me back in. Except you can imagine dissapointment and anger when I went looking for the Pirates on Lego.com to find out they've been out of production for almost 10 years. Right now I'm MOCing pirate themed sets, including a brig. I'm also collecting Vikings and the original trilogy Star Wars stuff. And I'm getting married December 27th of this year. =D Quote

Norro Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 Both of us play World of Warcraft too. So the important thing is who wins... ;-) Welcome, and I'm sure in time you'll come to see that the themes rank themselves naturally; castle, pirate, and so forth X-D ... God Bless, Nathan Quote
