Selander Posted December 22, 2011 Posted December 22, 2011 Nice design. How much did you pay for it? Quote
Hrw-Amen Posted December 22, 2011 Posted December 22, 2011 Really nice train. I had a couple of them on my old N Gauge layout when I was a kid. Would like to have have in the LEGO scale, so I second if you could share the instructions? Thanks for showing us. Quote
kyphur Posted December 22, 2011 Posted December 22, 2011 I don't know where you're hosting your images but I can't see any of them... Quote
bricks n bolts Posted December 22, 2011 Posted December 22, 2011 Greetings Udo, a very stylish model and beautiful upgrade compared with the classic 7755, congratulations, just in time for Christmas! Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Very nice Ust. Thank you for sharing. I do ask that you please resize your images though. Our site guidelines are 800x600 max. In addition, we are an English speaking board so both English and German is not necessary - hope you understand. Quote
Man with a hat Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 That's a massive train. But it turned out great. Nice design with those curved tops. I also see you used the expensive "Design by Me" option. I am amazed you managed to do that. When I design something I alway need the extended mode and then rely on Bricklink. Quote
DwarfSleepy Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 That's a massive train. But it turned out great. Nice design with those curved tops. I also see you used the expensive "Design by Me" option. I am amazed you managed to do that. When I design something I alway need the extended mode and then rely on Bricklink. Even if I don't use the extended mode, I find that uploading the bricklist to bricklink is almost always much cheaper than lego design by me (which apparently stops in january anyway). Even if you have to order with multiple vendors, that cost if offset by the much cheaper bricks. Quote
ust60 Posted December 23, 2011 Author Posted December 23, 2011 Hello forum community, I am glad that you like my engine. The easiest question to answer. How much do they cost? € 105.70 Share on the subject I've ever see written here LDD MOC: German Shunting Locomotive And here, too. Barman's Lego Power Functions-Controlled Train Switch I hope that these models you might like. Hopefully they are more stable than the model built by me yesterday, it was very unstable. I felt ten times in the basement Sent, and twenty times to the attic. To get stones and parts to improve old stones and parts of the engine (to strengthen). Sincerely, Udo Quote
fabianmills Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 Udo, Any chance you can post the .lxf file of the Lok? I would love to build a classic DB Zug for my collection! Quote

WesternOutlaw Posted December 25, 2011 Posted December 25, 2011 Your oversized images have been removed. Please adhere to our 800x600 max image size. I've left one image so that others can still see. You're welcome to add them back when you have the size less than 800x600 per our site guidelines. Quote
DLuders Posted December 26, 2011 Posted December 26, 2011 I know some German and sent a Eurobricks Private Message (PM) to ust60/Udo, and I asked him to send me his LDD file of this German V100 locomotive. Here is his reply (in a rough translation from German to English): "Good morning on the last Christmas Day, please excuse my bad English, I have to use the Google Translation Program....[attached] is one lxf file. The V 100 is the first model, I built the real, after I designed it with LDD, it is very unstable. I lacked experience, please do not consider it final solution; please consider it a first draft. I wish you much fun while improving." I have placed his 47-kB LDD .lxf file here (for downloading via MegaUpload). Quote
ust60 Posted February 5, 2014 Author Posted February 5, 2014 This one does a picture of the V 100 provides: And will the download does not work anymore (there), you have the possibility to load the Lego DD file down. But beware the LDD file is not perfect, it has it improved. I wish you much fun if you do builds. Best regards Udo V 100 7 W.lxf Quote
