efferman Posted May 1, 2016 Author Posted May 1, 2016 sorry for double post but it is almost finished What would you prefer: matte or glossy rims with stickers? Quote
Edwin Korstanje Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 Outstanding Effe . Is your new chassis preforming better than your first G wagon ?! Quote
efferman Posted May 1, 2016 Author Posted May 1, 2016 thanks i cant give a answer, because i have doesnt driven a mm with it Quote
JJ2 Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 Every time you update this I get even more blown away I really like the small curve in the bodywork near the ground. Why didn't you make the red in the chairs blue wouldn't the servo driving the double switches that go 45* instead of 90* be bad for the servo? Quote
efferman Posted May 1, 2016 Author Posted May 1, 2016 (edited) The servo stops when it hits the end edit: Edited May 1, 2016 by efferman Quote
Zerobricks Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 (edited) Woah, thats impressive! But even with costum tyres, they look a bit small at the scale you are building. You got any larger wheels to try out? How do the old, softer springs cope with the weight? I like the grill made out of small panels and the detailed, curved bodywork, you dont fail to impress, Effe Edited May 1, 2016 by Zblj Quote
2LegoOrNot2Lego... Posted May 2, 2016 Posted May 2, 2016 This is indeed such a great build. Every update is as written making it better and better...! So cool... It really makes me wonder how it'll perform! Quote
Lucio Switch Posted May 2, 2016 Posted May 2, 2016 It looks gorgeous! Now I'm curious to see how it performs. Anyway, I prefer glossy rims with stickers...it gives a custom touch. Quote
efferman Posted May 2, 2016 Author Posted May 2, 2016 (edited) Thanks for all your praise Zblij, these are the largest tires i have. Edit: is somewhere a beach? Edited May 2, 2016 by efferman Quote
Edwin Korstanje Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 It's preform very well Effe and like how stabil the chassis and bodywork is. Maybe you can gear him a little down to get more torq and less wheelspin. Quote
efferman Posted May 5, 2016 Author Posted May 5, 2016 The wheelslip was caused through loose ground. so i think more gear reduction is not necessary. Quote
Siegfried Meyer Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 Well done Effe  great performance This is brilliant reminds me a lot of my first company vehicle Gw 250d 1987 model short wheel base. and the rough terrain that was driven. Quote
Lucio Switch Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 Yeah! It performs really well! You only need a beach! Quote
2LegoOrNot2Lego... Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 This build is so cool my friend, and it performs so well!!! Cool board, really love that detail...!!! :-) Quote
efferman Posted May 5, 2016 Author Posted May 5, 2016 I have no custom parts are in this moc. Only the crawler tires and the energizer alkalines are not produced by lego Quote
Sylvian Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 So cool,.. love the 4wd steering and overall peformance. Quote
Rotundus Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 If you build a few more of them, you could use them as a basis for a Saturn IV / Shuttle launchpad crawler. Quote
MajklSpajkl Posted May 7, 2016 Posted May 7, 2016 (edited) Wow! This is huge and still moves easily! Well done! Really good model of thecreal car. Why did you decide for both steered axles? Edited May 7, 2016 by MajklSpajkl Quote
efferman Posted May 7, 2016 Author Posted May 7, 2016 Simply because the steering angle of one axle is not large enough to get a proper turning circle. Quote
Fabian Lolker Posted May 7, 2016 Posted May 7, 2016 what has become of this Moc? https://www.flickr.com/photos/57623735@N08/15282224280/ this is a real monster, what have to finish. Quote
