All 9 steam engines and diesel electric locomotives of the Texas State Railroad. Plus a motor car.

Steam:

TSRR Ten Wheeler (4-6-0) #201

TSRR Consolidation (2-8-0) #300

TSRR Mikado (2-8-2) #400

TSRR Pacific (4-6-2) #500

T&P Texas (2-10-4) #610

Diesel:

ALCO MRS-1 #8

ALCO RS-2 #7

GE 70 Ton #22

GE 45 Ton #1

So am I finished? Nope. While there are no other locomotives to build, there are still more TSRR projects on my plate. Stay tuned for more.

They are all very impressive builds. I esspecially like your work on the deisels. Sometime down the road I'd like to build that RS-2, what a beauty!!

Awesome collection, Tony.

Thanks!

What a beauties! Very nice to see them all togheter. I'm a great fan of european locomotive but these engines from Texas are fantastic!

I hope to see your next work soon!

Thanks much! They do seem to go nicely all posed together. My next works won't be finished for some time, and they're only train related, but they should be great additions. My next actual train MOCs will be more passenger coaches for the TSRR. I only have two right now, seems a shame to have more locomotives than rolling stock.

Thanks much! I'm not a fan of diesels, but I decided to build the RS-2 on a whim. It worked out so well that I felt the need to build the other three, which turned out pretty good. The instructions fro the RS-2 and the MRS-1 are available from my Bricklink shop. ;)

Still, after building four diesel engines it has only served to cement my opinion that steam engines are a heck of a lot more fun to build and play with.

Hey Tony - I think this awesome collection deserves some front-page attention. As always, a beautiful collection of locomotives.

Thanks for the kind words on the main page, I appreciate it.

Speechless!

Thanks!

Overwhelming to see them all in one shot.

It's intimidating!

Heh... yeah, it's really been a labor of love bordering on insanity.

Wow what a collection! Any way to have some shots of the 2-10-4 alone? Very impressive

Very nice!

Where can we see some individual photos of them? Would like to see them more in detail. :classic:

Nix

All 9 locomotives were posted here to Eurobricks in their own thread. However, if you do not wish to search them out, photos of them all can be found here:
