So, although not for me, I got two very reasonable deals on the 327th and newly released Siege of Mandalore Battle Pack. Can't say seeing everything in person rekindled my interest for the format being based on Clones, though. New legion is fine, the recycled one I can totally do without. The side builds are genuinely great, though. But yeah... I look at that stuff and think to myself "yeah, how about I wait another six months while I get the more excited sets in the meantime". This would be unheard of whenever a new BP released before, but reaches common ground for me by the day. In any case, I assume I'm now officially part of the problem. Thought this was never about not buying them at all, but about waiting for the right price. And as far as I'm concerned, the ongoing wait to be appropriately excited. ARC2149Nova Posted January 10 Posted January 10 The 327th BP may legit be the only LSW thing I bought all last year. My old favorite legion, now #2 (behind the almighty 212th), I had to get them. I want to buy a couple more, but definitely at way below MSRP. If Bricklink orders count, I picked up some more 2016 Hoth Rebels, now I'm up to 10. Quote

BL orders definitively count, a good trick for the 327th (if you're in Canada) is to find a few of the stores selling retail surplus, they usually have it at 40 CAD, taxes and shipping included, so that's approximately 30% off from retail (50+ 7.5 of taxes), at that price I have got 10. You remind me I have 30 torsos, legs and hats for those hoth troops, but I have yet to buy any heads for them. Quote
BrickPrick Posted January 26 Posted January 26 I just got gifted the V-19 Torrent Starfighter plus Cobb Vanth's Speeder and could hardly be any happier right now. Quote
Yperio_Bricks Posted February 20 Posted February 20 (edited) Since none of this year's sets interests me so far I gave in and bought the U-Wing. Andor came with two heair pieces. Dedra's legs look horrible. Will use the plain dual molded ones instead. Edited February 20 by Yperio_Bricks typo Quote

I think these are mistakes because Lego usually is quite the penny-pincher Quote
Commander501 Posted February 21 Posted February 21 The two hair pieces for Andor are standard and appear in every U-Wing set. Quote

But why are there two in the first place? I can only think of an error that could not be corrected in time. Or is there something special about this hair piece? Maybe they wanted to add both hair pieces (short & long), changed their mind and somehow forgot to reduce the number of hair pieces. Quote
