Check this page, then Ctrl+F for my username (t20a1h5u23). I am quite disappointed about this,and I am hoping that maybe he is just not involved in that kind of management.

This would be like asking someone at an Apple store about the next iPhone. They probably aren't clued into new products until the official announcement.

The Green Grocer has been unavailable for many, many months. Also, I have seen the instructions for the 10218 Pet Shop. It definitively is coming out this year.

It definitively is coming out this year. thanks closely its nice to know you got a finger on the pulse. i also tried to get the gg a few months ago but they said not in stock then discontinued :( ^^the pet shop is the worst kept secret in the legoverse. i am curious, any idea which stores will get this kit? toys r us or department stores?
