ApophisV Posted December 12, 2004 Posted December 12, 2004 Here's what I did today: Alternate TIE Fighter: I made this for Darkkazmos Alternate TIE contest at FBTB, but YOU are the guys that will see it first... ;) My initial idea was to create a ring of solar panels with the cockpit in the middle, but I had too less click hinges to make this... SO I decided to make large side panels and connect them with some kind of a thin ring, but this ring looked somehow ugly, so I just let it be... And here it is: "Just" two panels, nothing really special about them, they are even hexagonal... :$ Nonetheless the cockpit ball is now an elliptic ball (sp??) and it is attached with a 45 Quote

You have made a nice start to the crib scene, I am am sure it will look great once you have filled it with people and animals.. maybe you can get some ideas from The Brick Testament Jon. Quote
