Cheng Fei Posted March 11, 2011 Author Posted March 11, 2011 Thanks for the compliment guys! Here are some addtional pictures of the flatbed. (@Efferman) The height adjustment mechanism is operated by PF M Motor transmitted through 3-stages of worm-pinion step down. First stage of worm-pinion step down in front of the PF M Motor. Second stage of step down on top of every axle passing through the turntable. Third stage of worm-pinion step down situated below the flatbed. The proportionate steering mechanism by means of links and gears. Other close-ups! Quote

Cheng Fei Posted April 22, 2011 Author Posted April 22, 2011 Wow nice combination, i love the truck. But i'm even more impressed with the trailer. Any building instructions available? Thanks for the compliment. As always, I find it difficult for me to make building instructions. I've tried LDD and it gave me tons of headache. My usual practice would be snapping a lots of pictures when I'm dismantle it. As a professional driver with 20 years experience behind the wheel, I am totally impressed with your work. You built it perfectly. Well done. Wow! Do you drive one of this? I've never had such a chance... Quote
DLuders Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 (edited) @ P4trickvH: If you are looking for Building Instructions for a "heavy hauler", you may enjoy Han's "Truck 8x4 with Detachable Lowloader (2010)." Look for it at the left edge of that webpage. ...and Jurgen Krooshoop's American Truck "Longnose": Edited April 22, 2011 by DLuders Quote
