DLuders Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 Recommend reading Sariel's "2010 Roundup" article on is website: http://sariel.pl/2010/12/2010-roundup/ . In early 2011, he plans on building this Tow Truck "which may pack as many as 13 to 14 motors and probably won’t be complete until February. It’s going to be a model with loads of functions and loads of details too (including, for instance, 40 Lego LEDs and 12 Lego light bulbs), and will be closely based on this truck": He is a most prolific Lego Technic builder: Quote
bord4kop Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 I knew sariel made very very v e r y nice things! But when you see what he made over the years... impressive! Quote
backbone Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 From sariel's facebook profile, partially started tow truck: Quote
Zerobricks Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 Will you reinfoece the chassis? It seems to bend a bit. I like the chromed wheels! Are they orignal ones from tow truck, or did you have them chromed? Quote
Sariel Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 I had them custom chromed. The chassis will be reinforced, of course. Quote
TechnicJuan Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 Sariel is such a great great designer. I could look at his work for hours. However what is going on with the rude remarks that are being left in the comments section of his new 1969 Dodge Charger? I also noticed this in crowkiller's blog at his site. Who do these rude people think they are? Keep up the great work Sariel! I look forward to your future models in 2011! Quote

Aqualize Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 Sariel just revealed more details about his 2011 Plans for Lego Technic models. Here is the picture collage; be sure to read all about them on his website. I'm looking forward to the Liebherr model and any walker that he might do. I recognize him for being a very good builder but I'm not into pure trucks (road train), sports cars or military models so the rest didn't excite me :(. Quote
Alasdair Ryan Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 i hope he biulds a crane then we can test his with milan's my models are only machinery or trucks i wont build any car of offroader unless it is for the technic challenge i really should build a crane my self lets hope i can build one for one of the upcoming challenges Quote
Milan Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 I am looking forward to Liebherr, Hummer and BMR. Tanks are also interesting. Alasdair, I hope that too, right now there are some college stuff going on, but be sure that Sariel's Liebherr will have a worthy competitor Quote
