Rotated 16 tooth clutch gear

I used some fancy scafolding to rotate gear:

I used those angled connecotrs on axles to trick LDd in rotating the gear. Because of some bug you cant normally rotate that gear. Now just import my file whenever you need a rotated 16 tooth gear and thats it!
