LegOscar Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 (edited) Hello everybody! I am Oscar Verbeek, also known as LegOscar. I live in the Netherlands and my interests are cars, car design and LEGO cars, so in short: cars. My favorite theme is Technic. What i like to build the most is anything that has wheels of course, and preferably I make it remote controlled with power functions. Some of you may know me from LowLug or Flickr. This is my first actual posting here, and I thought it would be nice starting here with my new MOC, So here it goes! Tuk Tuk .... Let this remote controlled Rikshaw take you round town! Sit back and relax in the spacious rear seat and let the cabby do the driving. The propulsion comes from an XL motor, and the self-centering steering is powered by an M motor. You can take of the sides easily to change batteries. Edited November 29, 2010 by LegOscar Quote
Zerobricks Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 Very nice looking model! Can you make it any faster? Quote
LegOscar Posted November 28, 2010 Author Posted November 28, 2010 (edited) It has been faster than this, but I had to make it a little slower because of the obstacles it needed to go over in . I needed some extra torque for the ramps so some speed had to be given up. Edited November 28, 2010 by LegOscar Quote
Blakbird Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 You might want to read the first paragraph of Eurobricks' "Site Guidelines" and modify the beginning of your post. Nice creations though! Quote
dolittle Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 You might want to read the first paragraph of Eurobricks' "Site Guidelines" and modify the beginning of your post. Nice creations though! Basically remove your age, I think this is your "worst" problem with this post. Quote
RohanBeckett Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 (edited) Build a few more, and you can re-enact the awesome tuk tuk chase scene from 'Ong Bak' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x58QctN0aaA&feature=related :) RB Edited November 29, 2010 by RohanBeckett Quote
