The one with the clear door?

Sorry, sarcasm is kinda hard to discern over the 'net.

I'm sorry that Lego doesn't produce a proper private door

Isn't that what doors are made for? Privacy? :hmpf:

Haha it was just a joke, man - your additions are better than mine, don't think I'm seriously criticizing

to brickdoctor, yes, sarcasm :yoda:

It reminded me, I was at a crowded football (american football) game on a university campus last weekend, there was not a men's restroom on campus that didn't have overflow from the ladies room - it was awkward

If you don't like it, I could- well, you know what I'm going to say.

I think it's starting to look really good (despite all the joking...or perhaps thanks to)

Anyway, I think we should continue to keep the building somewhat serious. This is the world's first LDD RCB build, and it would be nice if it was somewhat presentable :look:. We have the SpiderSpacemans "artsy" RCB for those who want to go completely artistic.

Also question to ADHO15: To avoid a total skyscraper, and allowing upcoming builder something to build, is it allowed to build "supporting" objects. For example like the fire truck in the 10197 Fire Brigade?

You make a good point, Superkalle. Let's keep this serious. No fires!

You are welcome to set the arty build on fire, but not the house.

Yes, that's fine. A nice car or brick-built tree...

well for the record, it's not 'mine' - as in I'm not running it, "alienwar9" is. but i guess I am the one who was plugging it on here

Well, I can't say I'm doing THAT much to run it

But both of these are turning out really great! Makes me dream of some of the crazy things we could build if we got a lot of people involved.

(I'm thinking that amazing "city atop a mars rover", community build style)

Can you guys post the LDD file so others can make their own adjustments and so they can look at it more?

if so please post it or send it to me please *Email deleted By Fuzzylegobricks*

Go to the first post. BTW, I don't think it's a good idea to go around EB posting your email address all over the place.

Yes, but clearly we can't keep expanding in all directions and leave the top of the house unfinished.

Just curious to ask, is this a one-turn-per-each-participant 20-step build? If so, then we should expect a finished product by the end of 20 steps (8 more steps to go). We can't keep expanding, so the last eight participants should focus their effort finishing the third (and last floor) + the roof + the backyard.

It is. We can't let it get too big or some people won't be able to handle such a big model on their computers.

Yes, that's what I said. Eight is a bit high for finishing off. One person for the third floor and one for the roof.

Anything you remaing participants do that isn't 'finishing off' should be made within your turn.

Holy megabricks, batman! I don't know if anyone else saw this but that is an incredibly terrible bug/error. Or, Calabar, you somehow managed to rotate the baseplate slightly

The backyard baseplate is ever so slightly rotated, apparently in 2 directions also. I know this is nit-picky, but after building my city, that slight height variation comes to be your worst enemy.

You will notice that all the pieces are slightly higher on the yard, and that's also why the pin won't fit to connect the two.

ADHO15, I sent you a fixed version, just because it bugged me sooo much. But if you want to leave it as a part of the "creative process", okie dokie.
