Here are the first pic's of my first Moc (A Liebherr LTM1095) i'm building.

I have little time so i have to build it slow , but the last days were very productiv i think.

All ideas which make this mobilecrane better are sure as welcom.

Looks good, but making the multi-section, telescoping boom out of Lego is going to be tricky!

Thanx, yes its not easy but i have some ideas i'm going to try, but fist i want to finish the undercarrier.

I need to make the outriggers a little more slim so they fit more in scale, and the hard part of the outriggers is to use LA's for the cilinders on the end of the outriggers.

perhaps , i have see when i build one in it. When they are to big i have to make it on a different way.

A little update.......

Found some time today so i build in a V8 engine and thanx to the 2 speed gearbox i installed with it it will run in neutral and in 1st and 2nd gear.

the shifter will be RC with an M motor.

Hm maybe you could brace gearbox better, there is a gear 2 studs away from bracing and i bet it will slip. Keep building!

damn i had to dismantle it for the second time:hmpf_bad: , its to heavy the drivetrain and the suspension are 2 weak:look:

beginning from scratch:cry_sad: again.

well its keeping me of the streets L:laugh:L

Sorry people, yes i deleted the pics i'll post some pics from before i took it down again.

dont know if you can see , the rear stearing is with LA's ( this works great btw just like the real deal), one of the problems i had "is to use the LA's for the cilinder on the outriggers" , i couldnt fit them well enough.

The outriggers + moter + battery where to heavy so the whole back bended down ,so i need to put the motors and battery on differend places , now i'm thinken to use pneumatics but these cilinders are to small to fit in scale , i hope some of u have a great idea to fit the LA's on the outriggers.

The problems with the suspension and drivetrain will be solved ( i think:tongue:) it will be 10x8x8 ( the 4 back axles will be motorized) and the 2 axles on the back and the 2 on the front will be steered( the back using LA's).

I want to make the suspension moveble so i can lower and higher the undercarier.

And about the turntable , i dont know if i will use it but it works great , its very useful for heavy aquipment

(EDIT) I like to give it a try to use hydrolics for the cilynders on the end of the outriggers but has someone any experience with it on working mocs?
