It's better than anything I'v seen in KK. Certainly the best of KK, but compared to 6080, 6090, 6085, 6074, its disappointing. If TLC is willing to make a 150$ (canadian) set for the 3-6 year old crowd, surely it can do something better for the "slightly older" fans. Seriously, look at the Duplo and look at Vladek's castle. Which looks nicer? There is so much pent up demand for classic castle type of sets from all those kids who built the 60xx line of castles 10-20 years ago, and are now adults with money to spend. I bet if Lego released a UCS (ultimate collector's series) type Castle, with 3000 pieces for $300 the AFOLs would snap it up like crazy (assuming it was a good castle of course). Quote

These were the best castles that Lego ever made. I just wish they'd bring back this type of design/construction. I have Vladek's Castle aslo, still unopened; but compared to these, I definately agree with you. I still think it looks better than the Duplo castle, although for a young child, the Duplo castle is probably awesome. Quote
