R0Sch Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Thanks to mediaexpert.pl, we get the first images and infos of this upcoming Icons vehicle. Go nuts! Set nr.: 11381 Set name: Jaguar E-Type Piece count: 1673 Retail price: 139.99€ Release date: 01.08.2026 You can already see the 50 shades of dark green in the lifestyle images. If you own the Mini Cooper from 2014 like me, you know what to expect. Quote
2GodBDGlory Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I would have assumed it would just use existing rims with new hubcaps, but it kind of looks like they're new? You couldn't really use a tan frictionless axle+pin part on the front wheels with existing parts, and some of the pictures do make it look like the steering hubs are inside the wheel, so that could be cool! It would be a great wheel for trying to make compact suspensions at roughly this scale, but the actual design of the rim doesn't work for that many cars Quote

Those plumes are dark tan, right? Lifestyle pics are oversaturated and look olive greenish, but others say it's dark tan too. You know what that means, right? Quote
Plumber Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago It has brick built headlights - what's not to like?? Quote

derekthetree Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Like the DB5, the subtle curves are too much for Lego at this scale I'm afraid. Rear haunches are too big, and there is that odd vertical step over the front wheelarch. Quote

yqc Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I took the time and translated texts in the images thanks to DeepL: Quote LEGO Icons Jaguar E-Type car model building set for adults Quote Enjoy helping to build a legacy of automotive innovation Probably the help to here is wrong. Quote Fold down the fabric roof and discover the convertible Quote A highly detailed inline 6-cylinder engine and a cockpit with opening doors Quote Put the 5-piece tool set in the boot As I got confused myself, boot as trunk in AE. Quote Build a sports car decoration for your home or office So nothing really unexpected, the classical marketing sentences. But I read through these images and couldn't live with not knowing what is the text. Kinda felt like in primary school, when we did a dictation, as I did it on my phone, constantly switching browser tabs. Quote
