Push Notifications Pop-Up

Is there a way to turn this pop-up off permanently? Clicking the 'No thanks' just snoozes it until the next time it decides to ask.

I've had a dig around in settings and I can find how to enable them, but no way to have it stop asking.

Sorry to come with some very generic idea: But have you tried deleting the cookies for the site? Sometimes this helps for such weird things.

Though I do can not recall any ways for us configuring this behavior in detail, I can tell already unfortunately.

I've only denied push notifications once and that did the trick for me. Are you using a VPN or private mode by any chance? That would lead the sight to ask you each time.
