Check over on Rebrickable, though I doubt quality Technic instructions would be free, as they are incredibly time consuming to design and make instructions for. I also don't know if anyone has any of what you're looking for. Maybe just try MOCing it up yourself @Joe wake? Oh, and we have a Technic subforum for all things Technic, just so you know for future reference - you would get many more replies going there in the future! (the subforum you posted in is for help with forum issues - not Lego sets / MOC's themselves)
