XG BC Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago This has been a long time in the making, i didnt have time for a couple of months but today i decided to finish it. it is a motorized portal crane like the ones from model railway companies such as faller. the cables are routed through a rigid hose and some technic parts into the crane the crane is powered by 2 modified tower pro sg90 servos, it can rotate and lift/lower the bucket. the color sceme is the same blue and white "DONAU-KIES-AG Regensburg" one as my hopper car. This is a fictional company and was created by the model railway company TRIX for their models. Since regensburg is actually on the danube river and there is a harbor where such goods are loaded, it makes sense to have a such a crane there (even though the actual ones are much bigger).
