Red dragons on the horizon, send for the green! Initially I had conceived to have a wolfpack brigand group, but I luckily was able to aquire a few red dragons. These unsavory fellows will pillage and plunder for the right price, or the higgest bidder. but the knight who leads them, could he be no knight at all? You'll notice these figures are a little more diverse in arms and armour. They take hints from the other factions, though who supplies them I wonder.

The red dragon mercenaries.

I hope you all packed your winter coats, we're heading for Doarlunyn. Like my lion knights, this faction started with a single figure. I had two snow guardians from the CMF and turned one into an elf. I liked the wintery look so I made some more and even got the elf maiden cmf for the hair. Strahd's outfit from the D&D cmf fit in with the northern look so I used it for the king. While I don't have many elves, I do plan to expand this faction in the future.

The elven king and the rangers of Doarlunyn.

That's a neat angle; the idea of Elves living in the snow is kind of unique. Would be cool to see some architecture as well for example, to see how the Elves have adapted their typical architecture style to the cold.

I don't have much in the way of structures for my factions unfortunately. I won't spoil the ones I do have just yet, I still plan to post some small mocs and modifications.

They sit in the middle for me. I never really liked the look of the Dragon Masters. I'm also not sure if the Rogue Knights from Knight's Kingdom II count as dragon knights due to Dracus's shield.

I think the green dragon knights look best

The next faction is no faction at all. These are no common brigands, they are rogue knights and warriors. Beware the sorceress. Lord Basil will suffer no king.

At first I meant the two warriors and the sorceress to serve a dark lord but ended up scrapping that idea. Instead I made my first rogue knight, the skeleton one. The silver dragon knight is of course the true rogue knight. Though no longer ''naked'' I felt it a waste to not use that beautiful shield. Lady Iron Dragon and Basil the Bat Lord remain much the same. Fear not for the wolf knight's cloak, I put it to better use.

The rogues.

Diggy diggy hole anyone? Welcome to Siltoryn, home of the dwarves. Showing my fantasy era love with these again. I didn't change the figures much, mostly just the heads. The dwarf barbarian from the D&D cmf was a great addition to my lineup. The different helmet styles and colours made for an easy way to group the dwarves into classes: king, warriors, miners and blacksmiths. The miners and blacksmiths may be called to battle should the need arise. Like in fantasy era, these dwarves are close allies to the crown knights. They share some armaments too.

The king, princesses and royal guard.

I hope the crossing wasn't too rough? Welcome to Jorsigvaldr. I picked up the Viking Village just over a year ago and knew I had to get more figures to populate it, so here is the final faction. I split the faction into two clans, the wolves and the ravens. I still hope the add the kraken vikings in the future. In the lore there are more clans on Jorsigvaldr. I mainly used the historical viking helmet, but also used the ''Hollywood"' horned style. They are warriors of the axe and sword, you'll also find their spears differ from others. Like with the dwarves, the workers double as warriors. A few faces will look familiar if you own the village set.

The two jarls with their advisors and the blacksmith.

The spearmen. (Not a very impressive shieldwall, I know).

A mermaid. (Not actually part of the faction, obviously).

Though all the factions are now here, I have still a little more to show.

I hope you guys like the Elder Scrolls because I've got some horse (armour) DLC for you today. I keep both horse molds in my collection and treat them like film props. The modern horse mold are my hero props, I use them for any scenes not requiring chanfron (battle helmets). For full armoured scenes I use the old horses. I don't have many horse bardings but I do own a colourful variety of chanfrons. To go with all that armour I made a simple tilt barrier to host a joust. Fighting is not all though, transport of goods is also of importance. I buildt two wagons like the one from the Medieval Blacksmith I adapted a thestral carriage from Harry Potter to be drawn by a horse.

Just a shot one today, a couple of alternate outfits. Some Black Falcon defectors. (Would that make them red falcons or blue lions?). The queen of Halloran, without her armour. Lydonian exiles and a Doarlunyn ally. I tried to find where I got the packed horse design from but I couldn't find it anymore, I'll edit this bit If I ever do.

Defectors, exiles and queen.

Got an older picture for you today, just a little scene from my castle world. I'll be taking a little break from my castle posting after this, still have some non-castle stuff I'd like to share first.
