[MOC] Black Pearl (yes, yet another one)

Hi. Here comes the pictures of a Black Pearl MOC I did around 10 years ago, although I never finished the details. It has a full interior tho.

The stern is the part I’m the least happy with, and since so many good versions have been built since I made this I would probably rebuild this part. Now I might just buy the upcoming set instead and perhaps mod it a little.

Of course with a full interior, although some parts are a bit hard to access.

The lower deck continues beneath the captains cabin. The interior of the lower deck goes along the entire length of the ship.

It's very recognizable as the black pearl so you did a very good job. I hope the upcoming Lego set is worth it.

My favorite detail is the dark brown decking. I use reddish brown on mine, but the dark brown on yours looks so good, i am now considering the cost of changing mine.

As others have said, the dark brown deck compliments the design nicely, I prefer your design to Lego's. I like how you've made the most of the limited interior space, it evokes the interiors from the films well.
