Dyen Posted August 1, 2025 Posted August 1, 2025 (edited) Hello everyone, I'm excited to show you my latest alternate build from LEGO set 42210 – the Nissan Skyline GT-R turned into one of the most iconic vehicles of all time: the DeLorean from Back to the Future! I wanted to capture the most legendary features of this time-traveling machine, especially the flying mode – so all four wheels rotate 90 degrees in sync, just like in the movie. Features: All wheels rotate 90° for “flying mode” Iconic gull-wing doors (open upwards over the roof) Detailed interior and recognizable DeLorean silhouette Dimensions: 40 cm (L) × 18 cm (W) × 12 cm (H) Built using approx. 95% of the original parts from set 42210 for maximum detail Despite the original model having many stickers, I designed the build so those parts are hidden – no need to remove any decals! Easy to add extra parts (like cable detailing or other movie-accurate touches) INSTRUCTIONS SOON https://rebrickable.com/users/Dyens Creations/mocs/ Edited August 1, 2025 by Milan Corrected the number of the set. Zerobricks Posted August 1, 2025 Posted August 1, 2025 Well done, it was just a matter of time when DeLoreans started popping out Quote
Timorzelorzworz Posted August 3, 2025 Posted August 3, 2025 Great job on this one. Avoided usage of the printed mudguards makes it much better. Quote
