El Bucanero Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Looking nice Dano, but might I suggest you to try and take some better pics? It would be way easier to comment on it if I could see it better. From what I can see though, this MOC involves an explodig pirate! Quote
Gen. Knowledge Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 it's nice Sir Dano, I agree with Mr. Tiber, it would have been easier to see it the pictures were sharper. I really like the pirate being blown back by the cannon. Tony Quote

From what I can see though, this MOC involves an explodig pirate! Yes, yes it does. :pir-skull: Edited August 25, 2008 by sir dano Quote
Admiral Bejaune Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 I love the gore of the pirate being shot. Nice touch! Well done. And I can relate on having a crappy camera. Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted August 26, 2008 Governor Posted August 26, 2008 Yes, the gore shot is hilarious - I can almost see the cannon ball flying out the other side! That red plant is a very innovative means of producing a grisly explosion. You might like to take some close-up pictures because its quite difficult to see much detail because of the low resolution. Governor Mister Phes Posted August 26, 2008 Governor Posted August 26, 2008 Frighteningly horrible that scares people in a way that excites them - OR - in away that makes them quite unimpressed? Quote

Governor Mister Phes Posted August 27, 2008 Governor Posted August 27, 2008 Any chance getting a new camera in the near future? Those pictures in you have in your signature and avatar look alright - which camera did you take those with? Quote
Sir Dano Posted November 23, 2008 Author Posted November 23, 2008 Any chance getting a new camera in the near future? No, but I did have access to one recently, so check the first post for better pics. Those pictures in you have in your signature and avatar look alright - which camera did you take those with? I took those with my sister's camera, she usually visits every couple of months, so when she remembers to bring the camera, I get to use it. Quote
Admiral Blockbeard Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 -sniffle- I have missed you lurking purv! Your back! good to see you around again, although I did notice you had a little to do with getting pirate sets noticed a little more! Your pirate purv skills came in handy. I had fun with the eye candy... guh, I hate rhymes... I like this Moc, simple and effective, although I must say (as someone has on your flickr) that I missed the joke about the name, someone care to explain? regards, Cpt. PB Quote

Legoking Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 I would enter this in the PTV contest and put it under large division. Quote
