Hello!

I thought it’s worthy to drop my feedbacks on those products i have bought and built so I went over to Lego website’s Feedback Products. When I hit the start button. Then I got a message that it says the survery’s not accepting additional responses. 

Does it happen to anyone?

What products? What browser? What system? Using a VPN? Mobile access or stationary on a computer? What provider? Could be anything. No issues here on my end.

I haven't tried. I was just asking because the CS workers would have more of an answer than any of us.

It’s the reason why I ask if it happens to anyone in the original post….

I often provide my feedbacks on general products, a wide range from Modular Buildings, to City, to CMF, and to DreamZzzz. I never had that issue for several years while using my iPad. when I hit button, it simply says that survery is not accepting any additional responses and just thanks for my interpeters. It has me curious if it happens to anyone else. 

It has me more wonder if Lego no longer listens to our feedbacks?

Ah, okay. This seems to be set up differently for US people. A quick debug suggests that this is an issue with their AWS configuration. The IP tunneling seems to be invalid and access to their storage gets blocked. Perhaps they'll get it fixed soon-ish.

FYI - Feedack Products is back up. It’s kinda weird to see the message “surergy no longer accepts” before Feedback Products survery is back up.
