The wall got damaged with a previous attack on the city, now the workers are hard at work to repair the damage.

This is really cool! I love the scaffolding and the crane especially. It would be cool to make a big MOC of people constructing a castle, or maybe use this idea to show defenders building a new wall behind one that's being attacked in a siege.

Thank you, yeah showing the construction of a whole castle could be very fun to see/build I imagine.

Are those... light bluish grey skates you used in the upper part of the wall? Nice! 
And I love those crenalations.
