Hey! I am drowsydryad or Emily, I have been frequenting these forums in my task of reconstructing a large classic Lego collection that I received as a child from a family friend, and thought I should finally join the community. I love classic Lego, particularly Castle and Pirates, as they were a part of my childhood from this collection despite not quite being around to experience those themes firsthand. The two sets that got me into the classic themes were 6285 Black Seas Barracuda and 6071 Forestmen's Crossing. I had the largest and most recognizable pieces for these as well as the Caribbean Clipper very prominently kicking around in my bins and, once assembled, I was immediately smitten with this era of Lego. Outside of Lego, I am an artist in painting, drawing, and printmaking. I am excited to be here!
