My Name is Tim & I make custom lego stuff for over 2 years now. Maybe some of you know me from a few Facebook groups. A customer recommended me to post my service here because some of you were asking.

In my forum post, I am introducing my services to Lego Pirates fans. I offer custom-made sails, flags, capes, and more, both in the original design and in a unique custom design. My products are crafted with high-quality materials and attention to detail to ensure they are the perfect addition to any Lego Pirates set.

I am happy to send pictures of all items before printing and even provide digital designs for your approval. I want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the design before printing and shipping. Payment is accepted through PayPal goods and services and I ship from Austria to anywhere in the world.

To give you an idea of what I offer, I have included some images of my previous work in this post. You can see examples of custom sails, flags, capes, and more that I have created for Lego Pirates fans. I take pride in my work and aim to create unique and high-quality pieces that will enhance your Lego Pirates collection. If anyone need further proof - please let me know, I can provide anything. You can also check my instagram account @custombrickstim to see how I make my stuff :)

If you have any questions or would like to request a custom design, please feel free to contact me. I'm always happy to help and look forward to hearing from you!

Heres the link for the picture - I cant upload it directly through this forum post because the max size of this post is 0,1MB, so here you can check it: https://we.tl/t-jx8gx1I4pL

Welcome to the forum Tim! I can personally vouch for his work, it is excellent. I've bought sails for the merchant cutter, the skull's eye schoonet, all from him.

Welcome to the forum Tim! It is very hard for me to find pictures of your work. At Insta i see just one flag. But you can always host pictures on a free hosting site and link them to forum posts

I always use https://abload.de/  The site is in german but as you are from austria, it will be no problem. Once you uploaded a picture you are shown several links. Choose the direct link to the picture (with jpg ending or the file formate you use.) and paste in the forum post. Then the picture should be loaded automatically.

Welcome aboard @custombrickstim :pir-huzzah2:

Say... if I wanted some custom sails, what do I need to send you? DXF autocad drawings, PDF file with dimensions or something else?

What is the best practice from your experience?

This information could be beneficial for some of us ship-lovers.

Hi @Marooned Marin

Thanks :) All vector file formats work for me, so id say .pdf is quite the best with the dimensions & so on. But if someone is not that experienced with graphic design, I can help designing and creating that :)

Funny to see, I once made the sails on the picture thats linked to your post.

You are welcome :classic: Your work looks great! I really like all the different flags.

I just got the information that the flags are printed on both sides and order the flags.

What material are they made out of? is it similar to the official parts from Lego?

EKnight

They are a polyester mix material, its a bit softer than the original ones :)

Hey @custombrickstim you're from Austria too? How cool :)

Does anyone know what exactly the original material is/was? Seems to me like no one can come up with a defintive answer. Even the fabric stores I showed the sails to were puzzled by it. :pir-sceptic:
