CVSPIS_CELIDVS Posted June 29, 2008 Posted June 29, 2008 Vig. 13c Ladies and gentlemen, please let me introduce the small-sized Tower of Protector in Aprene. The tower as a paper weight. More images in my Brickshelf gallery. Thank you. Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted June 29, 2008 Governor Posted June 29, 2008 Oh yes very nice, but I have two questions: 1) How does one get to the top of the Tower of Protector if there's no ladder? 2) What does it protect? Quote

Governor Mister Phes Posted June 29, 2008 Governor Posted June 29, 2008 Is that one of those BrickForge sheep? Quote
CVSPIS_CELIDVS Posted June 29, 2008 Author Posted June 29, 2008 Is that one of those BrickForge sheep? Yes, sir. It is a BrickForge sheep. By the way, the rifle is one of BrickArms M1 Garand. Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted June 29, 2008 Governor Posted June 29, 2008 Any chance of providing some pictures of just the sheep and rifle? I think it would be interesting to have a closer look at them, particularly the sheep because I don't think there has been one posted in the Pirate Forum previously. Quote
CVSPIS_CELIDVS Posted June 29, 2008 Author Posted June 29, 2008 As your wish, sir. Here comes the sheep and the rifle. Closer looks. Quote
Opproperaar Posted June 29, 2008 Posted June 29, 2008 (edited) Simple yet lovely. I must ask why the blue patches though? I would have used a grey tint for those. Also I believe it may look better with a small extra structure, nothing complicated though - just a shed or perhaps a tent of sorts. Oh yes very nice, but I have two questions:1) How does one get to the top of the Tower of Protector if there's no ladder? Why divine intervention of course, the godly fingers of the ultimate builder/creator god person descend from heaven upon the heads of oblivious minifigs. Edited June 29, 2008 by Hairy Ruben Quote
Capn Frank Posted July 2, 2008 Posted July 2, 2008 It appears that your paper weight was the precursor to your awesome chess set. Great work and good use of the M1 Garand We don't have a paperweight index yet so i placed this MOC in the Vig portion of the Land-Based MOCs Index. Quote
CVSPIS_CELIDVS Posted July 5, 2008 Author Posted July 5, 2008 Simple yet lovely. I must ask why the blue patches though? I would have used a grey tint for those. Also I believe it may look better with a small extra structure, nothing complicated though - just a shed or perhaps a tent of sorts. I considered the new gray is bluish, maybe blue patches fit it, so I tried on. another example the creation I tried on the blue patches on the gray tower. The large version of Tower of Protector is working in progress, and extra structures will be considered. Quote
