Question about part for 8285 Tow Truck

Just bought a Lego 8285 Tow truck and two of [Part 32526] Technic, Liftarm, Modified Bent Thick L-Shape 3 x 5 are cracked/broken.

In the manual found on the Lego webpage color is stated as Blue but they look way too brigth compared to the original ones?
They look more alike the Dark Blue color, is Dark Blue the correct color for this set to keep it timeperiod correct?

Dark blue was first used in Technic with 41999 in 2013.

The correct color is normal Blue (LEGO calls it Bright Blue). This set does not come with Dark Blue liftarms, they did not appear until later. The color inconsistency could be due to different batches of plastic, I know Blue used to be notorious for color inconsistencies.

Thanks then ill just replace all the blue ones to make it all the same color
