Sorry, I meant the DHI characters have no lines - they're different actors. My mistake for not being clear.

Brick Clicker just did an update video on YT and mentioned Neville with a sword, Sirius in a brown sweater, moaning Myrtle and Voldemort along with Tonks and Harry for the AC. He did say rumored minifigure list but it’s the first I’ve heard about the sword and brown sweater.

For Sirius, this is the closest thing he wears to a brown sweater.

It's the long hairy coat he wears after transforming from his dog form in Kings Cross. 

I suppose it could be a special Christmas jumper print like some of the Star Wars figures have?

Huh, so I guess the minifigure selection is actually real? Thatsextremy random, but I do like it.

Neville with the Sword of Gryffindor (and perhaps Voldemort) means more Deathly Hallows content, which is nice.

I think they could just mean the regular brown jacket he's wearing.

Well that was painful (I hate podcasts / vlogs / whatever), but you are in fact correct. Max (who I believe we have to thank for the Hogwarts Express D2C info) has a bit of extra info about the calendar:

In addition to the Tonks and Harry who we can see on the AC packaging, the AC should include Neville Longbottom from the 7th film with the Sword of Gryffindor, Sirius Black in a brown jumper (Max wasn't sure what scene he's from), Moaning Myrtle (no further details provided) and Voldemort (he assumes it's the one for whom we've seen the leaked head).

 

Myrtle seems the oddest inclusion, the other five can be seen in the BotMoM together. I wonder if it's Ginny or Bella instead...

Then again, I'm not sure how a Firstie Harry fits with a seventh year Neville...

Oddness of the selection aside, I'll be glad to see Neville in his sweater, as that's one of the variants we're still missing since the reboot. I still think we've had too many Blacks this year; was there maybe someone else who appeared at the BotMoM in a brown jumper? 

@deskp, that's the sort of thing you usually seem to know... What was Remus wearing?

Could be MM is a glow in the dark update like NHN and Harry is there to represent their meeting in CoS? Just a guess. 

I think Sirius is quite easy to identify with his hairpiece, no-one else has hair like him. Either way, Lupin is below

Well Remus' blazer certainly seems brown... And we only had one of him this year, I believe. On the other hand you'd be unlikely to mistake his blazer for a jumper. A cardigan maybe. I'd have to go back and listen to what Max called it, but I think he said it was a "Pullover" which should be the same in English.

Guess it depends on if promobricks is operating off a description or a picture, and if a picture, how clear of one. (I wasn't always sure I was even seeing Hedwig in the picture we had...)  

Wouldn't mind a GITD MM, although I'd vastly prefer getting the other ghosts to getting her again. Then again, a friend was saying just yesterday that she didn't have a Myrtle for her PPM, having missed out on the CMFs. I imagine plenty of other people are in the same boat. (Of course that's the same reason I don't understand four Blacks in a year. Why not spread them out so latecomers don't miss them?)

 

All whinging about AC minifigs aside, have to say I'm exceedingly pleased with the showing of Hogwarts staff we've had this year. I absolutely love my growing collection of minifigs.

Honestly, I could see it being this, specifically because of the scene it’s in. 
 

See, all of the previous advent calendars have featured at least one stand out tile print. 2019 had the Hogwarts acceptance letter, 2020 had the Yule Ball poster, and last year a a few thanks to the number of repeat torsos. 
 

This year the only tile print we can see on the box art seems to be a scrap of paper with Harry’s name on it coming from the Goblet of Fire. Which just doesn’t seem like the sort of thing you’d choose to be your singular exclusive tile in an advent calendar, it seems like the sort of thing you squeeze in because you have the budget and it would be a fun little detail. 
 

But you know what does fit with the printed tile pattern from previous years? The old Order of the Phoenix group photo Sirius shows Harry in that exact scene.

From the AC cover the theme seems to be memories and iconic moments form Harry’s life through the 7 movies, so the figures will be a mix too and I’m mostly happy with the list described :)

Voldemort: We have not had a straight cut Voldemort figure since the graveyard set (and this new face print or an an angry one was one of my pics for the villain slot for a CMF series 3 or a flying motorcycle set), so this is welcome. I expect the body to be a repeat from the previous set. 

Sirius Black: an OotP variant was one of my first choices of figure for an AC, whether this is a repeat of the GP set or a new print for another scene I’m very pleased either way. Along with the new Tonks this will help us all build our own MOC of the battle in the department of mysteries, without necessarily even buying the GP set. 

Neville Longbottom: this variant from the battle of Hogwarts is another one lots of people have been asking for. He might have a new printed ‘dirty’ face along with the cardigan, depends on how many prints are on the other figures

Moaning Myrtle; agreed this is an odd one, she is not that big of a character compared to the others and only has one look. I personally don’t need more of her as I got a couple from the CMF. If it is her she has to have new prints to be different from the CMF, which is again annoying for consistency purposes. Personally I have fingers crossed there is some mistake and it’s actually the Grey Lady (Helena Ravenclaw), they could get away with just a new torso and face print, and a princess wig recolour into grey.

Year 1 Harry: a token repeat. Shame LEGO is still not brave enough to make more sets without the title character included otherwise this could have been Ginny for example.

Overall I'm optimistic, it’s a mixed bag but several boxes are getting ticked off our ‘wanted’ lists :)

The figure list has also given me ideas for some of the builds too: I can imagine a bathroom sink, Nagini, shelf of prophecies, maybe the veil/arch…

On the bright side, they do seem to be skipping Ron and Hermione, which is good news for the amount variety in this and future advent calendars.

The Hogwarts sets are still terrible compared to 2018-2020 but the other sets are top notch

While the 2018-2020 castle sections are far superior, the two expansions in this wave are at least nice throwbacks to their 2002 and 2004 counterparts

Honestly? While it's really overpriced, I really love the exterior appearance of the new Dark Tower and Courtyard, I think it fits right in with the accurate castle buildings of 2018-20.

It’s not accurate to any actual Hogwarts building though. It’s still just random towers and blocks

For one thing, the green roofs are terrible. It also just doesn’t really resemble the tower. At least not even close to the way the 2018-2020 sets resembled their respective buildings

What I did was, buy chamber secret 2021 and hospital wing, get the accessories and furniture, and adapt them to my 2018/2020 castle. It's the best thing to do, today I received Hospital wing 2022 and I improved my Clock tower 2018, it looks beautiful.
