Could be that the 80dollar set is the big fight at the end with namor against a new black panther (whoever is under the mask) which they wanna keep a secret for a while.

 

the other sets might be just scenes from early on in the film! 
 

I bet one of the sets its shuris skybird ship! Because @Falconfan1414 posted a pic of the funko-pop shuri in the ship.

At the moment I definitely feel they'll have to have a CMF series in either 2023 or 2024 to cover a bunch of the characters. The Kang Dynasty & Secret Wars sets are going to be nuts as long as Lego get provided with concept art we could probably see over 8 sets o_o

Black Panther sets are October yet potentially getting revealed tomorrow... wonder when they'll reveal the buildable Venom, Spider-man and Miles though as they were intended for September.

We'll probably get a second trailer for BP:WF featuring this character on September 10th with D23 and a reveal of 76214 after. Are you talking about Ironheart, or someone else?

If so, she's already been revealed not only in the trailer, but also in official merchandise.

If the more expensive set has the MK1 or potential MK2 Iron Heart that could explain why they'd save the reveal, admittedly though some merch has been shown with it.

Apparently the three sets being revealed are a Throne, a Lab and the Sunbird.

I'd guess:

  • The Throne is probably based on Namor's Throne in Atlantis which has a Shark Jaw around it
  • The Lab is probably where we see Riri Williams in the trailer (Either the high tech version or the cave)
  • The Sunbird we've seen in trailers is effectively the Dragon Flyer with a few more wings and some propellors that we've seen in merchandise.

sounds great and I hope the throne is the one from the trailer! that megaladon jaw looks awesome. Namore also wears the lion shaped crown/headdress in that scene so they can use either the CMF Nahua warrior or luna lovegood's lion headdress.

Its weird that Lego would release the sets so late as these articles don't include the sets but other merch. Dont think they will write another article to highlight just The Lego sets. interesting business tactic. Maybe Lego is so big of a toy company that they don't are or want their release to be on its own.

So I assume 3 mechs, likely 3 Guardians of the Galaxy sets, 1-2 Ant-Man sets and either some DC or other random Marvel stuff. Sounds like a good list to me!

I'd lean to 2-4 Ant-Man & The Wasp sets: Kang, Modok, Hank, Janet, Hope, Cassie, Ant-Man, Krylar all need to be included in some form.

I would not be surprised if these are all Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 sets: 76253: $9.99, 76254: $34.99 and 76255: $99.99

Added them to the list, should also note we are aware of 76232 as that was uploaded to the instruction page along with 76242 and 76244 prior. Those three sets are 100% Marvel, the rest could be a mixture of DC and Marvel.

The sets have just been revealed!

The smallest one is Shuri's lab from Black Panther, and is 4+. Really like this one. Shuri looks fantastic, and Black Panther still needs more printing.

The middle one is Namor's throne room with Shuri's vehicle. The minifigures are all incredible. The builds look pretty good. The values definitely there.

The biggest one is the Sunbrid. Shuri and Talocan warrior are both repeats, so that makes it look less interesting. Riri looks fantastic, and Nakia is cool. The build looks awesome, although it doesn't really feel like a 50€ set.

Wouldn't exactly call it an official reveal :tongue:

But yeah, they don't look bad. I'm currently reading the Ironheart comic and I'm very excited for the D+ series, so also eager to get my hands on Riri's minifig :sweet: 

I was also very excited about all the news from SDCC! So many great things coming up, if you ask me :wub:
And, of course, the LEGO potential for them all :purrr:
