In this topic I hope to collect all of my future mocs. I mostly build vehicles, as they are my favorite topic. I mostly build in black and orange for bodywork because I have the 42111 charger and 42093 corvette. The first moc I will share is a quick, simple pullback chassis with three pullback motors for rear wheel drive.

This is my progress so far on making 42111 RC with 2 XL motors and 1 M motor. The driving was very straight forward and I found a PERFECT place for the M motor mounting right behind the lower black biscuit piece in the rear. The receiver supposedly will be located in the rear window and the battery box will most likely be under the rear bumper like on Unbrickme's MOD.400x225.jpg

Wow! I have not posted here in this thread in a long time! I never actually finished the 42111 rc mod, and since i have accumulated the 42126, 42122, 42118, 51515, and soon the 42117! Here is what i have built currently: A Pu baja truck and @Ngoc Nguyen's PF conversion for the Top Gear rally car! Also, I am planning a Corvette Rc mod with a train motor for drive, angular motor for steering, and train hub for power. Pictures coming later today!:classic: Also, anyone remember this moc?( @1gor)

I remember it, but it has a been a while; I think it was posted in trucks topic.

I see you are using PF XL motors; at the moment I'm rebuilding my Fastrac to use 2 PF XL motors and not to twist axles I had to use 36 to 12 output and then 12 to 28 (using new differential) and finally I use planetary hubs introduced in 42099 set.

@1gor Sounds powerful!

Yes it is; that was my goal. When time (better say 7month old kitten) alowes mo to work on it I'm optimizing chassis with frames... There is also one great thing about planetary reduction hubs; they allow bigger steering angle

Cool! I didnt know that they allow bigger steering angle! They are kind of expensive though. :sceptic:

Yes they are really expensive

Way too expensive for me! Anyways, I prefer small, fast models!:excited:

My models are primarily machinery replications, so I need some reduction ....

I suppose that makes since!:sceptic:

Yes; long ago I was (trying to) making cars, but my version of Eleanor ended extremely heavy and lack of plates ended that it is still unfinished

@1gor Finally i have time to make a new moc; this one a large scale car inspired by the old test car! Planned features are as follows:

Front wheel steering

Rear wheel drive connected to front mounted v6 engine

Full independent suspension

Opening doors

3 speed unsynchronized transmission

Pop up headlights

Adjustable seats

Adjustable suspension?

Now some terrible pictures of the current progress:

I remember when I saw it (set 8865) in catalog, I was blown away; ridiculously rear lines looked to me like dome skeleton for Countach bodywork. Hm, perhaps it is time for studless version? You know best (what you are doing)
