Yes, it really is a cuddly locomotive. But fits the small box :) Well, in Switzerland everything is just a little smaller.

The train easily manages the incline with two engines. However, it must not go down so fast.

That is impressive for such a small space. If you have not previously seen them, you may be interested in Masao Hidaka's series of mini-trains (akin to the microfighter versions of official LEGO trains). Maybe smaller than what you are working on, but could be inspiration for more small rolling stock.

A perfect minification, it retains all the character and features of the original, but with some nifty stuff to compress it down. Neat work, and a very unusual layout too!

That's pretty neat. I wonder if you could build some sort of retarder system for the downhill segment, or maybe bank the curves. But either of these solutions would likely turn it into a one way route.
