Never heard of the elephant one though...

I'm pretty sure the inspiration for the picture jngunsw posted was a drawing of Mauris Cornelis (or MC) Escher who is known for this type of optical illusions drawings. One of his most famous drawings would be without doubt this one:

It's both. If you look to the upper part:

You see: a Greek captian, but you also see that it's circular.

There you go, the puzzle is solved *satis* .

Well, no offense, but don't post in that thread then. Ignore it. That so hard? AFAIK there's no mandatory post-in-every-thread rule on EB, is there?

Well, since you post so much your posts sometimes are difficult to figure out, mister_phes.

But what with the fresh air you could be right: being on sick-leave and in bed for 3 days could have affected me somewhat...
