[TC18] Wrong pickup

I was posting this only as concept, not suggesting anything.

So this is now finished just in time before contest about to end. Quite some bits have been redesigned, strengthened that are hard to see, but make entire build more rigid and better looking.

In the end it has the following features:

• Working steering with spare wheel acting as a HoG;
• Working V8 engine driven by rear wheels;
• Independent suspension in the front;
• Trailing arm suspension at the back;
• Opening doors, trunk and engine hood.
