If you could pick one recolor

So, this is something that has been bouncing around in my head for a bit, and I thought it might be fun to see others' ideas:

If you could pick any LEGO piece to be produced in a color it hasn't been, what would it be and why?

Doesn't matter if either the part or the color (or both) is long discontinued, but you can only choose one specific combination, and you have to tell us why.

For me, it's a rather selfish if simple pick: I would want the bicycle frame in 145 Metallic Sand Blue, since that's a dead ringer for my actual bike.

The 1x1 round tile in Transparent Fluorescent Green

The fact we haven't gotten one yet. But have in Transparent Green and Transparent Bright Green baffles me

Hard to pick just one, as the inconsistent availability of all elements in all colors is indeed the biggest hindrance to making many of my ideas into reality, but most recently I was most disappointed to find out that the large macaroni piece doesn't exist in Light Aqua. Other than that I easily could draw up endless lists...

Well, to pick one recolor is awfully hard, but going by randomness, I'd wish to see 3x6x6 Semicone Part No. 18909 recolored in none other than TRANS-FREAKING-YELLOW. Because, Classic Space themed Retro Rocketcraft!  

* Plus, it strangely hasn't been seen in another set after its debut within 60080 Spaceport for some reason.

Tough question!

From current color palette: 1x2 Brick in Flesh or Dark Flesh.

From all colors: 1x2 brick with brick profile (masonry) in Sand Red.

1x2 plate in transpurple or at least make a 1x1 plate in trans purple.  While we are at it how about a 1x2 plate in trans green.  At least that one exists as a 1x1 plate already

Sure. Perhaps you'll get to see it one day. ;-) For now I have to think my way around the issue and modify the color scheme without totally ruining my original concept.

I'm glad I'm not the only person whose interest in specific parts often comes from stuff having personal significance to non-LEGO parts of my life!

I might have a different answer to this question as time goes on (because not only do my real-life interests and belongings change over time, but so do the types of things I'm drawn towards building), but some desirable recolors that come to mind for me include:

• the laptop piece in Medium Stone Grey or Silver Metallic to represent the MacBook Pro I've been using as my personal computer for around seven years now.
• one of the "hood with hair" pieces from Wyldstyle or Lloyd and/or Wyldstyle's folded-down hood element in Bright Orange with Dark Brown bangs to represent the hood of my orange jacket (then again, I lost that recently so if it doesn't turn up, I may end up replacing it with a differently-colored jacket). That, or in Dark Stone Grey with Dark Brown bangs to represent my current favorite hoodie.

Minifigure, Cape Plastic ID 4524 in Dark Green

I'd love to see this part because the cloth capes drive me crazy, and there are no plastic ones that are sutiable for green minifigs, namely the elves.

Otherwise, the "boat stud" in orange, so I can round off the bottoms of my brick-built pumpkins in the fall.

I would love to have part 24201 (inverted curved slope 2x1) in blue. 

It's the only part I need to be able to finish my nanoscale model of the LHCb detector (one of the experiments at CERN's Large Hadron Collider).  I designed the other three detectors to the same scale, and LHCb is the only one I haven't been able to build in real life yet. I'd love to get a complete collection!

Part 6135 in brick yellow, reddish brown or dark brown (previously made in old brown).

And then they'd bring back corresponding part 2563. Because in spite of many new ways to make tree trunks I still really like the old palm tree trunk parts.
