citizen Posted September 30, 2018 Posted September 30, 2018 Here's my "last-minute-ish" entry for the ongoing Harry Potter Microscale Contest at TBB. I tried to challenge the concept of microbuilds, where most people would go for small intriguing details brought to life by creative part usage, I wanted to up the scale so that not only can I end up with something massive, but it also allows me to have a little bit of everything in the build: big movements like the crooked facade, small details like the desks for the goblins, and also an animal build - my favourite Ukrainian Ironbelly.Hope you enjoy it! Alegrispa Posted September 30, 2018 Posted September 30, 2018 That's like too... good. This has got to be one of the best MOCs I have ever seen. Well done! Quote
Zed_43 Posted September 30, 2018 Posted September 30, 2018 I saw your MOC on tbb contest gallery. Really well done. I really like the reliefs on the walls and all the cornices. And the interior is really neat! Really good job! Quote
Nick Wolfe Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 now this is a marvelous Gringotts! The dragon is cool but the architecture of the building is the real star here! You captured the crooked look of the building wonderfully and the interior looks great too! Quote
peedeejay Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 This looks fantastic. The wonky shape of the building is perfectly done! Quote
sander1992 Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 Wooh! Great build for the dragon! I love the shape of the building and the mosaic floor. Thanks for sharing! Quote
Kristel Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 This looks amazing! Love the interior, especially the floor. Quote
jimmynick Posted October 7, 2018 Posted October 7, 2018 Those walls are delightfully wonky; very nice job. Your cutaway to show the interior of the bank is effective, too. Good work. Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted October 8, 2018 Posted October 8, 2018 I can't handle such a beautiful building technique! Very original work ...a true masterpiece! Quote
