how do i steer pneumatics whit ev3 ?

Welcome to EB!

It is very common to use a Pneumatic valve which is driven by a motor. This will give you the air flow. However, you do need to motorize the pneumatic switch as well. The solution for the valve can be found in the Unimog and Arocs.

You can search google for "lego motorized pneumatic switch" and "lego motorized pneumatic valve". This should give you plenty of leads.
