JopieK Posted August 26, 2017 Posted August 26, 2017 I tried to recreate the bus from 10259 and then thought it would be neat to also have a different livery, somewhat more like the English busses. And here is the render of the 'original' version. And here they are together. The drivers seem to have a casual chat about the weather road conditions or some other driver related thing :). Kudos to msx80 for his render tool! Works perfect on macOS Sierra, I used it to render the images. In here I have made some comments on what parts are different from 10259. I needed to guess for some parts, but I came quite close I think. Quote
Murdoch17 Posted August 26, 2017 Posted August 26, 2017 (edited) I was inspired to add a second level to the bus with the file @JopieK provided. I uploaded my MOD of the model to Flickr, and linked back to this page + mentioned you in the text. It just needs this piece to be added to the rear of the model for it to work out in real life... unfortunately it's not in LDD. Thanks for recreating this model, I was going to do so when the instructions became available. I will post real life pics when it's built, (if that's ok) or I can make a separate topic instead of posting here in yours. Any thoughts? Edited August 26, 2017 by Murdoch17 Quote

dylanfarrow Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 Really nice! Much prefer the red to yellow, possibly due to the uk heritage :) can you tell me more about the render under osx? I thought it only worked under windows Quote
