The first post of each “Year” thread often/should have that information. Rumors are not listed there however; and there is no singular tread that encompasses all themes for the year—each theme has its own specific post/thread. Quote

RODDY Posted July 3, 2018 Posted July 3, 2018 I'm starting to lose my patience store hunting so I just put a backorder on Willow, Hall, and Express. I checked 3 targets and nothing. Says July 16 it ships. Are Lego pretty good in keeping to backorder dates? Quote

dragonk1ng Posted July 4, 2018 Posted July 4, 2018 If you search at Target, the sets might not be at the LEGO aisle as you would expect. My local Target says not in stock when I searched online, and I couldn't physically find the sets in the LEGO aisle. But, lo and behold, they were near the cashiers! Only saw the Great Hall and Quidditch sets. Quote
Black Numenorean Posted July 4, 2018 Posted July 4, 2018 Anyone can explain me why the french price of the sets are the most expensive? Why must we pay more euros? We are more expensive than italia for a few sets for example! Any designer can explain me this politacal of the price? Quote

On the Dutch site all the sets are the same except for the hogwarts express, ours is more expensive. and I don't know why that is Quote

We get to pay almost the double in Mexico :-) Not even the certified LEGO store has cheaper prices lmao. Quote

Now brickseek has them in stock.... Edited July 4, 2018 by RODDY Quote

1980-Something-Space-Guy Posted July 4, 2018 Posted July 4, 2018 It works that I don't really have money to spend on Lego right now. It forces me to buy these later and wait for some discounts. Nonetheless I'm jealous of all of you that have already gotten your hands on these sets! Quote
Winter Soldier Posted July 4, 2018 Posted July 4, 2018 The prices are based on taxes and taxes, of course, are different in every country. (This is very simply explained btw ) Quote
Balrogofmorgoth Posted July 4, 2018 Posted July 4, 2018 I’m so excited for the Michael Gambon Dumbledore. I really hoped we would get both versions but my hopes weren’t very high. However, Lego has surprised me yet again! Love the Richard Harris version but Michael Gambon is Dumbledore considering he’s in it for much longer (despite some unfortunate inaccurate moments which is due to the writers and not the actor) Quote

I ordered the Great Hall and The Quidditch match a few days ago, it might have even been the day that LEGO put the sets up on Lego.com, and all of the Harry Potter sets, except for the Brickheads, were on backorder. They said it would take about a month but idk Quote

Jordan hasn't been made into minifig form yet, though he'd be a good candidate for a wave 2 CMF with a new hairpiece and some sort of announcers microphone. Quote
GoldenNinja3000 Posted July 4, 2018 Posted July 4, 2018 When can we expect the D2C to be revealed? The Disney Castle was a September 1st release with mid-August VIP access (same as Hogwarts) and I believe it was revealed on July 9th. Maybe it’ll be revealed at Comic-Con... Quote
RyanMe Posted July 4, 2018 Posted July 4, 2018 Has anyone built the whomping willow set? How did you get the flower stems to stay in the tree? Quote

I think SDCC is a very hot candidate now, unsure if there are any other big Lego events between now and 15th of august? Not that it must be for a reveal to happen, but the chance definitely increases.. To play the devil's advocate, what's speaks against SDCC is maybe that non of the give-aways are HP related as far as I have seen Not that I want there to be any exclusive figs there out of reach for most people, but if they are bringing out the big gun some related giveaway is not unlikely to follow at that location Quote

That was one issue Jang pointed out on his review. I'm in the UK so don't have the set yet, but I'm not sure there is a fix from looking at it. Quote
