【MOC】Steam castle

What happens when steampunk meets castle? I believe this creation is one of the answers. 

This steam castle is an airport terminal of the steam age. Airships can be docked at the front berth or the back berth. The highest tower is a lighthouse and the lower tower is an air traffic control tower which can be rotated.

The castle have no internal room for play, however I designed a lot of external space for displaying figures. 

A small but cute airship is included with the set as well as 5-6 steampunk style figures. In the pictures I placed more figures just for demonstration.

Very cool build, I love the mix of styles and colors used in it.

Are the figs custom-printed?

I love the castle! It looks like it was cobbled together with whatever bits these steam adventurers could make stick! I also find the whimsical geometry very charming--the tremendous height, the narrow base and walkways, and the girl smiling in the impossibly inaccessble tower!--it's great.

No, the figs are all lego figs, I just mixed different parts together.

I absolutely love everything about this set! the characters have so much personality, and the little blimp is cute! Excellent use of the Raid Zeppelin's balloon elements.
