The Librarian Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 (edited) I've been cataloguing some models today -- here are a trio of Marvel villains for your delectation. Hopefully I'll be able to photograph some more mini-builds next weekend and I have a bigger MOC to be posted during the week. The Iron Monger (aka I wish that helmet came with a robot face on it) Iron Monger by Librarian-Bot, on Flickr The Crimson Dynamo (aka playing with the new Nexo big figs some more) Crimson Dynamo by Librarian-Bot, on Flickr The Green Goblin (aka Norman Osborne) Normikins by Librarian-Bot, on Flickr Enjoy! [UPDATE: For more, see a few posts down!] Edited June 18, 2017 by The Librarian Quote
NXS7 Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 Damn these are cool. Really wanna try and use the Iron Monger/Crimson Dynamo for my own collections, they look awesome Quote
VaderFan2187 Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 (edited) Would this helmet be better for the Iron Monger? Otherwise great job! Edited June 12, 2017 by VaderFan2187 Resized Image Quote

Jango Fett works okay, except that it's way too recognizable as mandalorian armor--makes the whole thing read as like a Star Wars mech to me? Plus I like that the Adaptoid helmet is just a knockoff Iron Man helmet, which is super appropriate. Quote
The Librarian Posted June 12, 2017 Author Posted June 12, 2017 (edited) Thanks guys - I might well have used the Adaptoid helmet if I had it, but saying that, it doesn't quite look right to me. It's really the wrong shape and honestly, the lack of eyes would bug me. Really, what I need is something like this print on dark grey: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=87610pb06#T=C&C=1 Edited June 12, 2017 by The Librarian Quote
SpiderJazz Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 Nexo Knights body/torso cockpit parts have a lot of potential. I used it to modify my own Detroit Steel. Btw, love the build for Iron monger. Adaptoid's head color is kinda off? Quote
Borex Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 Are you also going to make a Titanium Man with the Vultures helmet? Quote
The Librarian Posted June 18, 2017 Author Posted June 18, 2017 That's not a bad idea, now you mention it. I did have a version of Titanium Man knocking around for a while, might reconstruct it at some point - it was just a minifigure version though. In the meantime, I've made some modifications to the Dynamo that I think improve it. Crimson Dynamo Mark 3 by Librarian-Bot, on Flickr Crimson Dynamo Mark 3 by Librarian-Bot, on Flickr I'm hoping at some point to get that dome in another transparent colour. With a little modification, this could work for an Earth's Mightiest Heroes version of ol' Vanko. Swapping companies for a moment, here's another entry in LexCorp's 'power-suit' budget: KAPOW! by Librarian-Bot, on Flickr Some Gotham rogues: Freaks and madmen by Librarian-Bot, on Flickr And the God of War: Ares by Librarian-Bot, on Flickr Back in the Marvel universe, sinister gatherings: A most sinister team by Librarian-Bot, on Flickr Rhinoceri: The Rhino by Librarian-Bot, on Flickr And some X-villains: Brotherhood by Librarian-Bot, on Flickr Enjoy! Duncan Young Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Hot damn is that Ares sweet! That updated Dynamo is also ace Quote
VaderFan2187 Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Who's the blue guy in the Sinister Six? Great job btw Quote

daryen Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 I always thought The Creeper was nominally one of the good guys. But, man, I would love an official minifigure for him, rug/cape and all. Quote
Captain Britain Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 Reaaaaaaaally like that Mysterio and what you've done with the swirl going around him! Quote
BubbaFit45531 Posted June 20, 2017 Posted June 20, 2017 Very skillful. Where did the Juggernaut helmet/shoulder armor come from? Quote

BubbaFit45531 Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 Thanks for the info. It also looks like Ram-Man from He-Man. I suspect if I tried to look for it, it'd be long since sold out. I also like the clear half dome canopy. Quote
