This is fantastic.  I like the variety in height and facade details. Beautiful build and the attention to  the interiors make it so much more realistic.

Very nice combination. Would look great next to the DO! Is the building on the left based on something existing, or is it completely MOCced? Looks great! Even in the back, the dark main colour doesn't make the building too dismal when you've used lots of white and red to balance.

Thanks also for showing what it looks like to have three of those bay windows on top of each other. That was my initial plan, too, although I never tried it and decided to settle for only two. I actually think that two looks better than three, but on the other hand the floors remain a little too low to my taste with only two windows...

Thanks! I like to always have stairs and each floor come apart.

The earth blue building is a 12 wide building I MOCed to fill up the rest of the 32x32 baseplate so I could put it in a block of my town. All my modulars are 7-8 bricks high for the upper floors so I had to use the extra train window for each floor., I wasn't sure how it would turn out but seems ok. Still waiting for the glass from Europe, had to get off BL and very few sellers have the glass in that colour.

Here is a pic of the MOCs it will be placed between on my new street.

Thanks! No sets were used except for one townhouse. Everything else is from the PAB wall, PAB, BAP, and a little bit from Bricklink and scratch built. The Ghostbusters building and news stand were inspired by actual Lego sets though obviously :)

I also have a Corner Deli MOD in my town made from 3 sets.

Very nice!

As others pointed out, this would work well with the smallish newer modulars like DO or Brick Bank (if you put it next to the Wash Salon). And the nice part is, it just works! There've been so many attempts at modularizing the Creator Town Houses, and a lot of them unfortunately don't work because the proportions are wrong. Kudos to you for avoiding that trap :)
